I am with IBM so, we have our own 'App Store' and everyone downloads the same version of Office.there is only 1 available install.and everyone with an IBM owned device gets the same license. I clicked the url you provided and it took me to the IBM version of what you meant.I do not have an Insert/Edit Media Icon to insert the screen grab.but it does say 'The latest Desktop Version of Office' Finally, when I start Excel, I get a notice that I think is a clue to what is wrong: View Only: your account donnied@us**om （Info marked by Moderator）does not allow editing on a Mac to learn more, contact your admin about your Office Plan There is no Admin that I can find who knows what to do. Looks somewhat different from my problem. I don't get an authentication error dialog box and I can open my doc from the Downloads folder just fine. But I'm on a Mac if that matters. I no longer see Microsoft Word listed as an option. (See attached screen grab) It's not browser specific (behaves the same in Chrome and Safari).
