Sandeep, When I last tried many times a couple of weeks ago, Adobe Premiere Elements 13 would not burn an ISO file at all. Others on the forum reported a similar problem. I will make another try, and let you know what happens.

I have since given up on editing in Adobe -- at least for the moment. Now I make a project in Windows Movie Maker, save it as an MP4, then burn it to DVD in Premiere Elements 13. This works fine, but I would much prefer editing in Adobe.
Why can I burn a WMM project but not one made in Adobe? I am doing very simple projects. I start with.avi files that I run through Adobe Media Encoder to make MP4s.

I could only burn a short dvd if I took out all of the Transitions. When I would add the Transitions back in, I was pegging out my CPU while trying to do the burns. ( I got the dreaded interruption message at 4% of burn).

I have successfully created these type projects for years without a problem. Not sure whats happened here, but getting to a person to speak with at Adobe is Impossible [ they don't share a dial in phone number any longer, unless you buy into their monthly plan] BUMMER, since my new version 13 is less than the 90 days in which they claim your entitled to support.
I have bought into the Geek Squad program and they have spent 16 hours between an in house visit and 2 long phone discussions, to no avail, they are still trying to help. To be continued, But after I resolve this issue, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ADOBE PRODUCT AGAIN IF THEY CAN'T TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS BETTER THAN THIS! Jerry, I sympathize.
I actually worked extensively with Adobe team members, and they could not resolve the problem. If you want to work with them, make a request through their chat link. It may take days for them to get back to you. I also worked extensively with the Geek Squad, and I even got a new computer. Nothing helped.
My advice: give up on Adobe Premiere Elements 13, otherwise you will spend far more time troubleshooting than producing, and you will lose your work, repeatedly. Now I use Windows Movie Maker 8.1 to edit. It's not as sophisticated but it's reliable. Since Windows 8.1 does not have a DVD burner, I save my project to my desktop in what WMM calls high definition, an MP3 aka MPEG file.
I put that into Adobe Premiere Elements 13, and burn my DVD. You also could use Nero or another program to burn, but since I already paid for Adobe PE13, I'm using that. But I won't renew my subscription when it expires. Lauren, Since we wrote last, I have managed to burn the 2 program I was working on, however it wasn't on my current CPU. I used my backup CPU that still runs OS 7 and which has the Windows DVD burning software.
I physically transferred my WMV files [made off my Premiere version 10] onto my old system and it worked. Found out Windows DVD Burner is Not Available on OS 8 or 8.1, another Rocket Scientist decision to address Legacy SW and force us to buy new SW [which they haven't really debugged for compatibility issues] What a train wreck with each company blaming the other and not coming up with any answers for their economic gain. If this doesn't get fixed soon, I'm looking into Apple! Just how long is it going to take Adobe to sort this out?
