Signal Desktop is a Chrome app which links with your phone, so all incoming and outgoing messages are displayed consistently on all your devices. Your contacts don’t have to guess where to message you, and when you switch devices the conversation you started will already be there. Signal's Mac app displays recently received messages in the Notification Center on macOS, and this feature could compromise a user's disappearing private messages, as discovered by security.
Google announced that they were deprecating support for Chrome Apps over two years ago. Users have not been able to search for the legacy Signal Desktop app in the Chrome Web Store since mid-December 2017, and we officially deprecated the legacy version in October 2017. Today, the extended support period for the legacy Signal Chrome App is coming to an end.

Highlight the hard drive icon in the pane on the left and then click on the 'Erase' tab at the top of the window. Step Select the format you want by pulling down the format menu and entering a name for the hard drive. Some drives are even sold as “Mac-formatted drives” — this just means they come with the Mac HFS+ file system instead of NTFS or FAT32. Macs can read NTFS drives, and can read and write to FAT32 drives. I am trying to reformat an external seagate harddrive for use on my windows 7 running PC. The drive used to be used on a mac so is probably in the wrong format so isn't automatically.
